Seasonally priced. The Garden of Edith is a homey 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bath house that is within minutes of everything to do in Tucson. The master bedroom has a comfy queen sized hybrid memory foam mattress and it's own heating/cooling unit, a closet, dresser and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 gives plenty of room to sleep 3 with a twin over full wooden bunk bed with memory foam mattresses. There is a universe space themed wall, that the kids love. If you just need to leave this planet for awhile, fix your eyes on this wall and drift away! A dresser and closet are here and so is an individual heating/cooling unit. If you need a pack and play it will nicely fit in either bedroom.
The living room has wood beamed ceilings and a fireplace (ornamental at this time). A pull out sofa turns into a full sized bed with an extra thick memory foam mattress, it will sleep 2 more people for short term guests. With super fast wifi, Alexa, a library, smart lights, a smart 50’ Roku tv, a massage chair and a work station with a light and supplies is the perfect place to chill out after cruising Tucson’s amazing sights.
The hall bathroom has a full sized tub with a hand held shower head. Tons of extras are in the double closet. A blow dryer, curling and straightening iron, ppe, personal hygiene products, extra towels and most essentials are there if you need them.
A large kitchen seats 6, with place settings for 8. It has everything that you can imagine to cook or bbq with. It has a gas stove and a double refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. The sink also has a water purifier and the house has a whole home air purifier to keep things smelling clean and keep germs away! Some of the amenities are, a drip coffee pot, full sized tea kettle, blender, mixer, toaster oven, crock pot, coffee grinder and more are already here. There is even a turkey roaster for family holidays. Spices, condiments, teas, coffee, sweeteners, cleaning supplies, baggies etc. are here.
A large private fenced back yard has a soothing hot tub, bbq, firepit, swing. A great place for family and pets to play! A huge mesquite tree with twinkle lights provides shade and charm. The 5 person hot tub sits under a twinkle lighted ramada. Tiki torches provide a vacation ambiance. There are 4 extra chairs to sit around the fire pit. The glider swing is a great place for morning coffee.
An umbrelled patio table seats 6. All of the tools for the propane bbq are supplied for you. There are motion sensor and stationary lights that will light the yard up for you. Active exterior security cameras are on the premises. They are located by the front door, driveway and backyard.
The front yard faces west so the small table and chairs on the porch are a great place to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
