Positive: Really loved this hotel. The shopping centre beneath it is very interesting and useful. The staff were great. The hotel itself is among the nicest I've stayed in. The room was excellent, bathroom was luxurious, all facilities great. The free water, coffee and gym were great additions. Was great to be able to come back to this hotel after long days exploring Beijing. The location is fine, its not directly beside any main attractions but a quick metro or taxi gets you most places. Loved it.

Negative: There was nothing I could think to complain about.

Summary: Really loved my stay here - made my holiday.
