Positive: Great stuff and great location

Negative: 1. The air conditioner in heating mode was not strong enough to warm the living room/kitchen area, so it remained quite cold even after running for a long time. 2. The water pressure in the shower was weak. 3. The shower temperature changed randomly, even without adjusting the controls, and very small adjustments caused big spikes in temperature. This made the shower uncomfortable and frustrating. 4. There was no full-body mirror in the room, so I had to use the elevator mirror every time I wanted to check my outfit. 5. The bed was noticeably short — my legs reached the end even though I am not particularly tall.
