Summary: The room needs an upgrade. The furniture is visibly stained and overused. The basic commodities like toiletries, water boiler, thee or coffee were not available in the room. The opening/ closing hours of front desk are not included in this information about the property. Also Needs to be updated! The front desk clerk can’t hear well and the customer has to speak very loudly to communicate. Not very welcoming. Nothing against anyone but a hearing aid or upgrade of the hearing aid will help everyone involved. Now it’s not a very nice experience when having a simple conversation or question.
