Summary: I was here from July 28, 2026, until August 6, 2026. They never changed our bed linen during our entire stay. It was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, we did not report it at the time because we did not want to upset the housekeepers. Who knows what they might have done when we were not there to see them cleaning our room? We thought about the possible consequences and did not want to take the risk. I know for certain that the bed linen was never changed because I accidentally fell asleep wearing makeup, and some mascara got onto the sheets. The stains remained in exactly the same places every single night. We informed reception about this the night before we were due to leave and also explained why we had not said anything earlier. Reception offered us something at the bar, but we declined as we already had other plans. I can say that we have been to Sardinia three times before, but we will not be returning to this hotel because of the housekeeping staff who clearly do not do their job properly. It was such an unnecessary and disappointing experience. I feel insulted that they apparently thought we would not notice. It is truly sad to have experienced this. On the positive side, the pool was good and the breakfast was good. However, the bed was not comfortable.
