La Mirada condominium complex, built in 2009, has a distinct Mediterranean architectural style. La Mirada is on the southwest of the Lake (known as the "quiet" side of the lake). Downtown Osoyoos is just a four-minute drive from La Mirada, or a 15-minute stroll. La Mirada offers a plethora of amenities including:

May to October browse the Saturday morning Farmer's market. There’s a bounty of fruit and wine in this region! The mild Okanagan climate produces the earliest fruit in Canada, such as apples, pears, plums, sweet and sour cherries, peaches, apricots, nectarines, and grapes.
There are many hiking trails in the area as well as world-renowned mountain climbing area Skaha Bluffs. Winter Sports are also popular; the International Curling Club facility is located in Osoyoos.
