Private entrance located on the lower ground floor below our family home so there is added sound proofing for a comfortable stay. Space Wonderfully converted basement with private entrance at the bottom of the house offering large double bedroom and garden terrace accessed directly from the bedroom and offers a unique stone wall en-suite bathroom. A light spacious living room space, fully equipped kitchen and dinning area. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and there is also a pullout double sofa bed available in the living room. Newly done terrace/garden space. The house won the London RIBA Price of Architecture 2017. All the linen and towelling and free use of Wifi are provided for your stay. Access Guest have full access to the private room and outside newly done garden space with wood patio and lights. Interaction Neighborhood The area is very social, dynamic and animated. The flat is in the heart of East London from Stoke Newington, Hackney to Shoreditch. Pockets of nice parks, weekend markets, restaurants, cafes and bars are nearby. Transit Good transport connections from overground stations Dalston Junction (5-10 min walk) and Hackney Central. Plenty of buses available as well to get around. Notes - Please note the flat is on the lower ground floor and there is no elevator in the property. The private space is on the basement lower ground floor below our family home so there is added sound proofing for a comfortable stay.
