The downstairs contains a guest bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to a king and 55-inch Roku TV, the bunk room with five twin beds and a 42-inch Roku TV, the game room with a 75-inch Roku TV, and an arcade gaming console with 9,000 games, and double sliding doors leading to the pool deck! Step outside and you will find your own piece of paradise with the cool waters of the lagoon pool, a shallow ledge for tanning or letting the kids play, an integrated spa, an outdoor dining table, color-changing water jets/pool lights, and a Weber four-burner professional gas grill for summer cookouts. An outdoor shower adds convenience during your stay. Plus, you won't have to worry about getting behind on work, as this home boasts Gigabit WiFi!
Perched just two blocks from Eastern Lake access and Seagrove Beach, you can easily walk or drive the six-person golf cart over to the sand and enjoy a picnic in the sunshine.
