Two of the bedrooms have been thoughtfully furnished to provide an in-house work environment complete with wireless printer and strong Wi-Fi, while the largest bedroom offers a comfortable reading chair adjacent to the picture window overlooking the decades old Florida Live Oak tree.
There is a separate living room for conversation that will melt into the evening and an additional family room filled with a foosball table, books, boardgames, comfortable seating and 55” smart television.
The large fully stocked kitchen overlooks the family room with fenced yard beyond as well as the dining area with glass top table, four upholstered armchairs and a stainless steel bench.
With very little light pollution the back yard will easily become the hub of the home offering star gazing from the six person hot tub. #BeachHouseofVeniceIsleFL was created with an intention and focus on lush landscaping, an Organic Garden for guest use, open aired and screened seating and dining, gas BBQ along with a six-person jacuzzi, fire pit and meditation bench surrounding the magnificent magnolia tree perfectly lit from dusk to dawn.
The island consists of a number of quaint neighborhoods in a village setting most accessible by walking, biking and driving with plenty of street parking.
This lovely beach house is on Venice Island in walking and biking distance to everything you’ll need including the beach, pharmacy and groceries. This distinction is important to note when comparing against other options that may be off island.
Important to note the property only offers step over ledge (combo tub / shower) showers. There is no walk-in shower.
