A charming 1960s cottage with 2 bedrooms, a great living area with a wood burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. We have done our best to both modernize and preserve the cottage for comfort and convenience. Located in a quiet neighbourhood sitting on an acre of land surrounded by old trees.
Best of both worlds... Conveniently located to town with access to groceries, restaurants, shops. Year round outdoor activities within minutes from the house: Golf, hike, swim, mountain bike(summer) orate bike (on groomed winter trails), snowshoe, cross country ski, downhill ski (8km), tree zipline, etc.). 5 min drive to an outdoor Nordic spa & Rawdon beach and Des Chutes Dorwin.
