Step through the door and leave your troubles and hectic life behind. The first thing you will see upon entering the house is views to the beautiful 64 foot pool! The living room has a pool table by the fireplace, a lounge area perfect for an evening cocktail, and 2 sets of French doors opening to the pool. The open floor-plan leads to the gourmet kitchen and great room, which has a 65” high def, flat screen TV, leather sofas, and the dining table.
The private master bedroom is on one end of the house and has a eurotop California king size bed, a large walk in closet with custom wood cabinetry, a 55” high def, flat screen TV, and a large bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower, and a separate bathtub. French doors open from the master to the covered patio by the pool.
The additional 4 bedrooms are on the opposite wing of the house. Two of the bedrooms have queen size, eurotop beds, flat screen TV’s, and private bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and have twin and twin extra long eurotop beds.
The 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bath home has 10’ ceilings throughout and is conveniently situated in La Quinta by Fred Waring and Jefferson Streets. It is just minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, PGA West, Old Town La Quinta, and all the amenities the Coachella Valley has to offer.
