This is a fully restored authentic Victorian house located on beautiful Lake Chautauqua, New York. A perfect oasis ideal for couples or families wanting to escape and unwind. The house has porches and gardens on three sides for outdoor dining and relaxation and comfortable indoor rooms. There is a modern gourmet family 'eat in' kitchen with marble counters, modern appliances, stained glass, heart pine floors with a gas fireplace for chilly mornings. Additionally, there is a front parlor with TV, dvd player, card/puzzle table and a sitting room with wet bar for quiet conversation.
