The first floor has a Kitchen, Dining area, Living room, Full Bath, Master bedroom with a Queen Bed, and the second bedroom that has a twin bed with a trundle. The second floor has a Bathroom with a stall shower, a Bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, and the second bedroom on this floor has a double bed and a twin bed. You can pull your boat up to our dock and enjoy swimming, fishing and sun bathing, or walk down from the house. We are close to town in which you can enjoy trips to the grocery store, antique shops, and ice cream shops. Nearby amenities include Paws and Claws Animal Park, mini golf, Costas Family Fun Park!

There are laundry facilities in the basement through a separate entrance.
