Beautiful, serene and cozy home on Lake Gaston in Eatons Ferry Estates. Home is on the lake in Big Stonehouse Creek. Sits on a flat lot and property is very close to all amenities. Two miles by car to The Pointe and Watersview. Four miles from Food Lion, drug store, Dollar General and Ace Hardware. Sit on the deck, dock or the sandy beach and watch the herons go by.

Home has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms. Open floor plan with great view of the lake. Den has a comfy sofa and the well equipped kitchen includes a large dining table. There is a large deck for grilling and chilling.

Big Stonehouse Creek Lodge is right across the cove where you can rent boats and jet skis, and get gas or bait.

The den has a fireplace, TV, VCR, and stereo. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main level, one bedroom with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. The loft has 2 twin beds and a futon that opens to a full size. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The laundry room is off the kitchen. Please provide your own bath towels, sheets and beach towels.

Outside, the deck is equipped with picnic tables and plenty of seating when grilling out on the gas grill while enjoying the view of the lake. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for family marshmallow roasting and story telling. The boathouse includes a large main deck, and tie up space for your boat. Great for fishing or watching the world go by. House is on a great cove for wakeboarding, skiing or tubing. A neighborhood launch is only one block away. The water depth at the end of the dock is about 5 feet.

Summary: Linda and Sam were the best! Very informative and made check in and check out a breeze! The house has the most amazing views, the best dock to star gaze on, Some good fishing and deep enough to float and have the best day! The sandy beach was a hit for our son, as well as the paddle board! The firepit was amazing for s’mores and story telling! This house has all the amenities you need for a week long stay! Grab ice cream across the cove by boat and a short trip to food lion and everything you Need! Everything inside the house was great beds were amazing after a long fun day! Even the couch was soft and comfy! We can’t wait to make this trip yearly at Linda and Sams house! Thank you for making our family vacation the best one yet with lots of memories!
