Just a 5 mins walk to the east of the house lies a hidden gem of parks in upstate New York at B. Forman Park.

For the winter activity adventurers, about a 10-min drive from the house is a wonderful sledding hill at the local middle school. There are 3-4 sleds available for you to use. Bristol Mountain Winter Resort (which boasts the highest vertical between the Rockies and the Adirondacks at 1200ft) is only a one-hour drive.
For summer fun, we have 2 single adult kayaks along with life jackets in both kids and adult sizes provided. There is a nearby launch for those with jet skis and boats. Additionally, Letchworth State Park, voted best state park in the country, is only a 90 min drive, and Niagara Falls is a 2-hour drive.
Surrounded by nature’s serenity, it is the perfect 4-season retreat for endless year-round family-friendly fun.
Guests will have full access to the property with the exception of the ground floor office (locked, at the far west end of the house) and the basement studio apartment which is rented separately and has its own entrance at the back of the house. The tenant in the basement apartment serves as an onsite property manager when needed, but does not utilize, access or interfere with the main house while guests are there. The only shared space is the laundry facilities in the unfinished portion of the basement.
