Positive: We booked both Apartment A and Apartment B, giving us three bedrooms in total, which was fantastic for our family and provided plenty of space for everyone. The location and property were amazing, making it a great place to stay. The apartment was modern, clean and well furnished, with everything feeling comfortable and well maintained. Check-in was seamless, with the lockbox entry making access really easy and convenient. The location within the property was also excellent, close to the pool and with convenient parking nearby. The boot warmer in the laundry, was an absolute bonus after a day out in the snow! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the property to families or groups looking for comfortable, modern accommodation in a great location. We would happily stay here again!
Negative: While we had a fantastic stay overall, there are a few areas where the property could be improved, particularly for guests staying for an extended period. The apartments could benefit from a few more practical amenities to make longer stays more comfortable. The wardrobe in the third bedroom was filled with duvet bags and decorative cushions, leaving no space to unpack the kids’ clothes, and there was also a shortage of coat hangers. The kitchen was a little under-equipped for preparing family dinners and doing some baking, with more dishes, cookware and basic pantry essentials such as salt and pepper being welcome additions. We ended up purchasing quite a few everyday items ourselves and left them behind for the next guests, but these are the sorts of basics we would expect to be provided in an apartment of this standard. For a 10-day stay, we also felt that a mid-stay clean, fresh towels and a change of linen would have made a real difference, particularly when skiing every day. We enquired about arranging a clean, but the cost quoted was quite high, especially given the premium price already paid for the accommodation. The washer/dryer combination was also not very effective at drying, making it difficult to keep up with towels and linen for a family, particularly when the same machine needed to be used for both washing and drying. A couple of other things worth looking at would be the heating system, which was quite noisy and a little confusing to operate, so it may benefit from a service or clearer instructions. A dedicated ski locker or secure ski storage area would also be a great addition for guests staying during the ski season. None of these issues took away from the property's fantastic location, modern furnishings and overall appeal, but addressing them would make the experience even better and bring the practical amenities more in line with the premium accommodation offering.
