INTRO:
Extensively remodeled modern condo. Everything is brand new with many custom details, clean, bright, open feeling throughout.
Every space was carefully planned and configured for ease of use and enjoyment, including modern built-in conveniences, smart technologies, and ample room to unload and unwind.
We encourage families and responsible adult groups. We welcome all people, races, ages, and orientations. No bachelor(ette) parties or loud events. No pets, and no smoking allowed.
THE SPACE:
This unit is quiet, warm and well insulated. A new high-efficiency furnace heats all spaces in no time at all, plus the lyric thermostat can be controlled remotely so that we can ensure a comfortable temperature upon your arrival. The gas fireplace is efficient, and has a new thermostat to control the local temperature. Ceilings and walls were insulated during the remodel, retaining warmth and reducing noise throughout. All new dual pane windows and doors make outside noise seem nonexistent, and now “draft” is a word that never gets spoken!
The kitchen is easy to use and clean, and accommodates several working chefs, designed around a center island. Includes modern appliances for all your needs… Induction range, large capacity refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers and grinder, toaster oven, and electric kettle. Professional-grade cookware, and all dishes, flatware and utensils are brand new.
Custom-built dining table(s) can be separated to have 1 game table and 1 dining table.
Open floor plan with a large 14-foot couch for lounging and enjoying movies, with warm gas fireplace, and patio door that opens out to the upper deck with views. Plus, a large loft to hang out and cozy up with a good book or play games with the kiddos.
Each bedroom can accommodate a family — a couple with 2-3 children, or however you’d like to use the spaces. Each bedroom has open closets with deep custom shelves, ample storage, and plenty of lights for specific needs.
Bedroom 1 has (2) custom-built bunk beds — 1 queen/twin XL, and 1 twin XL/ twin XL. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub.
Bedroom 2 (Primary) has a king bed and built-in bunk bed (twins). Another en suite bathroom includes double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and private toilet room. The master bedroom also includes a private exterior deck amongst tall pine trees, accessed through a sliding patio door.
Bedroom 3 is in the main level, and has a custom-built queen/queen bunk bed, with broad vaulted ceilings.
There are retractable baby gates (4 total) at top and bottom of each stairwell. There is also a highchair, and several toys and games for toddlers and children. We've ensured safety features throughout, such as a burn resistant stove top, though recommend that your children are supervised during your stay.
GUEST ACCESS/AMMENITIES
There is a 54" Samsung HDTV with Netflix, Amazon, and other apps. TV can be viewed from many perspectives within the main living space, including kitchen, dining, and even from the loft.
The wifi broadcasts a strong signal throughout the multi-story unit. There is also an Amazon Echo, and Soundbar that doubles as a bluetooth speaker for your own devices and playlists.
Laundry closet includes LG front-loading washer and dryer. Detergent and cleaning supplies are found there as well.
2 community swimming pools are available in the summer only.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
This unit is located in a small col-du-sac within a wonderful complex, situated along the periphery facing lake tahoe... therefore, it is private, with dedicated parking (2 spaces), and has filtered lake and mountain views. There are two seasonal swimming pools within the complex.
The complex itself is conveniently central to everything you'd need in Incline Village... within a mile radius to Diamond Peak, Beaches, Hiking and Mountain Biking trails, Rec Center, Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Parks and Play Fields, Skate Park, Bike Park, Great Restaurants, and World-Class gambling. Plus, Raley's, shopping, more restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, library, theater, bowling, brewery, hospital, etc. all within a mile to 2-mile radius!
GETTING AROUND:
Because of it's central proximity to so much, walking is a nice alternative to driving. There's also public transit stops nearby that'll take you around the lake if you desire, and Diamond Peak has a shuttle right out the front door to the ski resort. Taxi's and UBER are another option as well.
