This upgraded Ocean Front Condo offers an amazing view over the Sea of Cortez into the town of Puerto Penasco aka Rocky Point. At night you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the town. The unit is located on the 5th floor of the Cristal building of Phase I.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils needed. Electronic include 3 Flat Screen TVs, and a fast fiber-to-home WiFi throughout. We also provide a wall safe, for your convenience with an easy to use locking system!
Guest will receive the following services - maid service, set up account to charge to the room for Bars and Restaurants, 24/7 Customer Service by dialing "0" on the in-house phone, Beach Towel Service. There is also a small Convenience Store on the premises in Phase l.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with its amazing color of blue waters.
Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, SPA complete with skin treatments and massages, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron and La Maria Fine Cuisine Restaurant, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Don't forget to visit our new STATE OF ART Fitness Center located in the Rubi Building in Phase l.
This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will be able to enjoy all Resort amenities. At least one of the guests must be age 25+.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 100% Deposit of entire stay.
- Reservation holder must be over 25+ to stay at the resort.
- No changes allowed within 5 days of arrival date.
Note: All rental units at Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort a none smoking so everyone can enjoy fresh clean air during their stay. If signs of smoking are found a $150 cleaning fee will be charged and additional charges if damage found.
Cancellation Policy set to RELAXED
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail or the Vrbo Reservation Platform.
- Check-In: 4.00 pm.
- Check-Out: 11.00 am.
- Late Check-Out will be at Noon only with prior authorization.
- In case of extending your stay - please contact owner through the Vrbo.
