This showstopper two-story 3-bedroom villa with a ground-floor Master and Guest Suites. It is one of the most private rentals in Legacy Villas at La Quinta, tucked back along the perimeter trail, next to a semi-private pool, yet only a 2-minute walk to the main clubhouse area and family pools. The private patio is located right against the mountain where you can relax in the sun, and grill your favorite dishes on our outdoor BBQ. This large open floor plan villa has set the standard and no one can compare, it is designed for the entire family to enjoy and allows lots of privacy. The living area has a large comfy sectional to relax and watch your favorite TV, light a fire for the cooler desert winter nights or read your favorite book while looking at the mountains just outside your windows.
The galley-style kitchen is set up with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for those who want a quick bite to eat, a coffee station, and lots of kitchen dishware for those family dinners.
The ground-level master suite has its own fireplace, double French doors leading out to the balcony, his & her closet & sinks, large soaking tub and is awaiting your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out- we can NOT accommodateany last-minute late check out's or in's unless paid for in advance. We try to ensure our homes are presented in the best form, and with this the cleaners know they have till 4 pm on arrival day to get home ready. Homes could get any last min bookings so our time frames are "set" unless paid for. So if you are considering either a late check-out (5 pm) or early check-in (10 am), please arrange this promptly. The cost is 1/2 a night plus fees, taxes, and processing.
All Festival Bookings will require a larger refundable damage deposit due within 48hrs of booking, this is mandatory and no exceptions.
