TOP LEVEL:
This modern beach home has large, comfortable couches for TV viewing or admiring the views from the large windows. The Dining area seats 8 and the Kitchen bar counter seats 4. The Kitchen has marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range. There is a half bath on this level. A picnic table and outdoor seating on the Sun Deck is another place to dine and enjoy the outdoors. The Ships Watch is a private area for reading and relaxing. The King Master Suite is on the top level and has a shower and double sinks in its master bath (no TV in this bedroom). [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]
MID LEVEL:
Take the stairs down to the landing and main entry hallway where there are 4 bedrooms on this level: the 2 King Master Suites each have flat-screen TVs and private baths with shower/tub combos and one of these bedrooms has deck access. The Double Twins Bedroom has a flat-screen TV and it shares a Semi-Private bath with the Queen Jr. Master Suite (one door to the bathroom, another door to the hall) with deck access (no TV in this bedroom).
GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level has been converted into a 6th bedroom which has a Pyramid Bunk Set and flat-screen TV and a Lounge area with a Pool table and another flat-screen TV. The Laundry Area is on this level also. The fun really begins outdoors when hanging out by the Tiki Bar overlooking the pool with a 46" flat-screen TV available and a refrigerator to keep beverages and snacks cold. The pool measures 12' x 26' and is open mid-May to mid-Oct as is the Tiki Bar; there's also an outdoor shower and gas grill on the pool deck. A basketball hoop is located in the driveway at the front of the house.

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball!
