Our Home:
Prep meals in the kitchen, which is outfitted with modern appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cooking supplies. What could be better than waking up to a hot cup of coffee or tea looking out onto the surrounding trees from your private deck or screened-in porch!
The living room has vaulted ceilings with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that provide tons of natural light and a serene view of the surrounding woods. Make use of the high-speed WiFi to stream your favorite movies and shows on the large smart TV. Or if you would rather disconnect, you can play a board game, do a puzzle, or read a book on the couch or in the cozy reading nook.
If you venture out, there are 36 holes of golf, a spa, and a restaurant right within The Woods community.

Beyond that, there are several charming towns with really good restaurants and nice shops nearby, including Berkeley Springs, which is one of the best small towns in the country. You can also hike the many trails in the area, tour local wineries and distilleries, and explore our history in Harpers Ferry. We provide our guests with a guidebook in the cabin, which contains all of our favorite things to do!

Guest access:
The cabin is easily accessible via paved roads. There is a gravel driveway where you can park several cars. The community clears snow off of the paved roads, but not the driveway, so if it snows a lot or icy conditions are forecasted, we would suggest parking at the top of the driveway if you don't have a 4WD.
The garage and master bedroom closet are restricted to owner access.
Other things to note:
The closest grocery store is about 25 min away, we suggest buying your supplies on the way. However, there are also multiple convenience stores with the basic essentials within 10-15 mins (e.g Dollar General, 7-Eleven, others).
The home is baby friendly and has a high chair, pack 'n play, and lots of kids books.
We have an outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway for the security and protection of our guests and property.
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy.
Please Note: Staying at our cabin, you will be able to use the golf course and spa (additional fees apply). Also note that we do not allow dogs during stays, however, our own dogs occasionally visit the cabin- you should see no trace of them, but a warning if there are any extreme allergies.
