Located in the heart of North Rustico, the home is close to all amenities, activities, and restaurants to ensure an amazing PEI experience.
Enter into the open concept main area which features 25 ft vaulted ceilings, many windows to let in light and the ocean breeze, and luxe furnishings. The gorgeous chefs kitchen offers ample of space and all basics needed to create home cooked meals. Head down the hallway where you will find the walk in pantry, laundry room, and the mud room which leads you to the garage and back deck. The formal living room has a flat screen TV and a fire place to cozy up to on chilly evenings. Finally, you will find the primary bedroom with a king size bed, and luxury ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and soaker tub. There is also a half bath on the main level.
Head upstairs to the second level where you will find bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds. The spacious bunk room has 6 single built-in bunks, along with a TV and lounging area, plus a deck which overlooks the ocean view.
The basement has a large entertainment area with a TV and bar, and a games room that has a shuffle board and 2 arcade games! There is also the fourth bedroom and a full bathroom on this level.
The entertainment doesn't stop there- there is an additional kitchen area in the garage which features a full size fridge and stove. There is also an extra shower which is the perfect place to rinse off after a beach day!
Enjoy the 140 ft of covered deck which surrounds the home. The front offers the incredible views, and the back is great for privacy.
North Rustico is the perfect place to experience PEI. Enjoy amazing restaurants like Blue Mussel Cafe, On The Dock Eatery, and Fisherman's Wharf, go deep sea fishing, take in live entertainment at the park, or go for a walk along the board walk. There is also the National Park coastal bike trail which takes you from North Rustico to Cavendish.
