Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful newly remodeled apartment in front of the beach.
It has two bedrooms, the main one is very spacious and has a double bed, a balcony and partial ocean view where you can spend the evenings watching the sunset.
The second room is very small, practically only fits a single bed, it is ideal for children.
Both rooms have air conditioning and bathroom.
The apartment is designed for couples and one child maximum.
In the remodeling that we just did on March 19, we added to the apartment the big room and the balcony, before it was only the small one, therefore there are comments that mention that the room is small, now the apartment is more than twice as big as many comments mention.
Between the two rooms is the kitchen or eating area. Note that neither room has a door, the apartment is all open.
It has a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, and basic eating utensils.
There is a restaurant within walking distance of the beach.
We have high speed internet, excellent for work.
We do not have free parking. It has a cost of $3USD per day, it is under availability and must be requested in advance.
There is construction on the street behind the condo, you can hear some noise during the day but it is not usually annoying.
Cleaning before your arrival and after your stay is included, however if you want an additional cleaning you can hire it with extra cost. Let us know in advance to schedule it :)
RULES:

✘ No parties allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ No hanging clothes or towels in windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ No use of towels for cleaning or removing makeup or hair coloring.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the toilet.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if no one is in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ The pool may not be used in casual clothing and bathing suits are mandatory. Please respect pool hours.
✘ Food and beverages in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage outside the condo.
✘ Pets are not allowed.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ No consumption of illegal substances.
✔️ Wearing clothes in common areas is mandatory.

✔️ Respect security personnel and neighbors.
For each rule that is not complied with, a penalty of up to $200 usd may be charged.

Replacement of lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towels will cost $25 US each. Bracelets must be returned at check-out time.
