Welcome to Encinitas and our oasis! This home is attached to a 1-bedroom ADU. There is a local guest staying in this ADU. The ADU does not have access to the back yard. It is very private. The ADU and the home have a shared driveway.

The living room's gas fireplace, smart TV, and oversized sofa lend themselves to family movie viewings, whereas the chef's kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a sizable breakfast bar. A remote work station is also available in this space and down the hall. When all you want is a sweet beverage, the home's wet bar will come in handy.
Down the hallway, the expansive primary suite boasts a fireplace, large TV, and spa-like bathroom. Moments of self-care will come with ease amidst the bathroom's jetted tub and large walk-in shower. Adorned with bohemian decorations, pops of color, high-quality linens, and central air - the additional three bedrooms are just as comfortable. The interior amenities extend to the designated exercise space and separate laundry area.
Evenings under the twinkle lights can be spent gathered around the in-ground firepit's dancing flames.
