The pool area is perfect for fun in the sun while offering 2 small dining locations with retractable umbrellas, 4 lounge chairs, and pool floats for guests to use.

• This house has a private dock able to host 2 boats with exclusive access to explore, fish, or swim. Water depth is between 4-5 feet during the summer. It’s recommended no boats over 30 feet.
• Electronic lift – There is the option to leverage the electronic lift to hoist your boat out of the water. Permission to use the lift must be granted by the host.
- Kayak’s & Paddleboards:
• Guests can use any of the 2 kayaks or 2 paddleboards to explore the quiet cove.
