The 75-inch TV can be seen throughout this open space and provide entertainment or music for all.
A unique outdoor atrium with cantina doors and fireplace opens to the dining room and great room and creates an area away from the bustle but still a part of the party.
The beautiful “view” kitchen flows into all of these rooms and features a large central island that seats 8 comfortably and is perfect for casual dining, games, buffet, or wine tastings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. It is perfect for a chef – just add the food and the fun.
The first floor has two king bedrooms with bathrooms, 75-inch TVs, and outdoor patio access. The second floor has a chic ocean view family room with a cluster of comfortable seating, a 75-inch TV, a fireplace and outdoor patio – a great place in to do different activities and not be in each other’s way. Two ocean view window seats can be easily used as children’s beds.
