This stunning Mediterranean villa is the perfect getaway for those looking for their own private spa-like retreat. The home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and over 4,000 square feet of living space. The main floor has a large living room with a fireplace, library nook, family room and kitchen with island seating. The living area features a fireplace and a wall of windows and doors opening up onto the pool patio. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Wolf/subzero stainless steel appliances. There is also a secondary family room that opens up to the courtyard fountain and outdoor barbecue area.
There are two primary suites with king size beds on the second level. The first one has its own private access to the large outdoor veranda where the cold plunge pool is located. The second primary suite has a balcony overlooking the pool and canyon. Both suites have large private, spa-like bathrooms.
There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen bed. These bedrooms are set up as a jack and Jill, sharing a bathroom. The shower and toilet are separate from the sink vanities, so both can be used at the same time.
There is also a large outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor kitchen and dining next to a serene fountain and under large mature trees. The heated pool and spa features daybeds with ocean views.
