Welcome to Sedona! The Homestead combines luxury, privacy, and stunning views. This 5000 square foot luxury spa home is your ultimate Sedona getaway. It features a professional gym, sauna, hot tub, heated salt pool, and unbelievable views. Located in W. Sedona, it’s proximity to restaurants and grocery stores makes this home extremely convenient.
Location
The Homestead house is situated in a great location in West Sedona. You have close up views of thunder mountain. The house is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Away from all the hustle and bustle yet just less than a mile from the markets and great restaurants.
Living Room
Enjoy stunning views from the living area! The living room has a 65” 4k smart TV . There is also a gas fireplace.
Dining Area
The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen. Our dining table sits 8 people.
Kitchen
Our large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is loaded with kitchenware. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave oven, coffee makers, a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, electric water kettle, Vitamix, and much more.
Bedroom and Bathrooms
All bedrooms have Nest Bedding Alexander Signature Beds, 3 Kings and 4 Queen size. We use top quality bedding.. Each bedroom has a 4k smart tv with all the channels.. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hands soap.
Professional Gym: The gym features a treadmill, row machine, peloton bike, assault air bike, punching bag, free weights, bench, lat pull down, leg press, leg curl, and various fitness equipment. The gym has its own AC/heating system.
Pool and hot tub: We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. The pool is salt water. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Contact us if you want to pool heated for your stay.
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.
