Begin your day sipping a favorite beverage while sitting on the spacious safety glass paneled deck or relaxing at the large 8-chaired dining table while you gaze through the wall of south-facing windows at the panoramic water view. The smell of salt air accompanies the sight of bald eagles, osprey, blue herons, ducks, sea otters, and other wildlife. The unfettered view of the stars at night accompanied only by the sound of sea birds will complete your day in this quiet retreat.

A children's bedroom equipped with twin bunk beds is located on this level, and the expansive connecting home theatre includes a large TV, theatre screen, and surround sound system, allowing you to enjoy the experience of a cinema in the comfort of home. Around the corner are two additional bedrooms (one with an ocean view), a bathroom with shower, and loads of closet space.
Outdoors, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, bbq grill, and pizza oven awaits your culinary talents.
