Summary: The view was exceptional! Service was great and the manager was amazing. She was fluent in English and very helpful with suggestions and help for those of us not fluient in chinese! She can provide the best restraurants, places to go and how to get there! I highly reccomend the M Panda Tower Boutique Chengdu!! Five Stars!!
