Our place is located less than a 20 min drive from Sky Harbor Airport and Old Town Scottsdale. The condo complex has a beautiful resort style heated pool/spa, adjacent to clubhouse with fitness gym and tech center.
There are a few live plants on the back patio. If the guest is staying for over 1 week, we will need to access the property to water the plants. This takes less than 10 minutes and will be arranged with guest prior to arrival.
Before check-in, you will receive a personalized code for the front door so you can let yourself in any time after 4pm on your check-in day.

The condo complex is nestled in a residential neighborhood that backs up to The Camelback Golf Course. There is a walking/biking trail that runs from the back of the complex, through the Stone Creek Nature Park, under Shea Blvd, to the Stone Creek Golf Course. There are restaurants and shopping options surrounding the condo, and Old Town Scottsdale is only a 15 minute drive away

The area has great shopping & amazing restaurants sure to satisfy everyone's taste. Enjoy all activities available in Phoenix area - sporting events - golfing - tennis - hiking and art shows & markets just to name a few. Please note that because this unit is located in the "thick of it all", during rush hour, the hum of traffic flow from Shea Blvd, can be heard in the Master suite and on the patio.
The condo complex is conveniently situated between the 51 and AZ 101 freeways at Shea and 54th. It is north of Old Town, it is really in the center of Scottsdale. The Scottsdale Healthcare hospital complex is right down the street. Plenty of retail is a just blocks away, such as the amazing Fry's Marketplace (with covered parking), Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and much more. For casual to formal dining, there are many affordable and high end options close by.
Public transportation is right across the street! It is literally less than 100 yds to walk to the nearest city bus stop. LYFT and UBER are also options in the area. If you have your own car, there is a covered parking space directly in front of the unit.
