Martinique-on-the-Gulf is a beautiful beach side gated community designed in the West Indies style with quaint houses and beautiful landscaping.
Marisol is located about a 3 min golf cart ride to the beach. GOLF CART PARKING IS AVAILABLE BEACH SIDE, and a 6 seater golf cart comes with your rental.
ANYONE DRIVING THE GOLF CART MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Marisol is a three story house which offers over 2,200 square feet of space in 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two balconies, and screened in porch.
The first floor includes a queen bedroom and full bath, along with spacious living room, kitchen and dining room. Full washer and dryer are available in laundry area. Off of the kitchen, you will find a relaxing screened in porch which faces the wildlife preserve for privacy.
The second floor includes a king master bedroom and bathroom with soaking tub and large walk-in shower. There is a private balcony off of the master bedroom on which you will find two rocking chairs perfect for morning coffee.
Also located on the second floor is a queen guest room with attached bath. There is also a daybed with trundle in this room. This guest rooms boasts a private balcony which overlooks the wildlife preserve.
The fourth bedroom is a crow's nest located on the third floor. It has a daybed with trundle and a seating area.
All bedrooms include televisions and DVD players.
