Summary: With Philly cracking down on short-term rentals, our initial reservation through the [BED AND BREAKFAST WHICH SHALL NOT BE NAMED, happy now Vrbo???] fell through. Chloe was awesome with accommodating us on short notice and thoroughly communicated all the reservation details with us. The room had great cleanliness, safety, and privacy. Everything was beautifully furnished. A coveted parking spot was made available to us. A few minor notes: The initial "mail door" access was not yet keyless, but the host stated she was working on this for other guests in the near future. 2. There was a Keurig machine in the kitchen, so would be nice to get a few complimentary K-cups. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in town.
