Summary: We came down for the Louder than Life concert. This property was exactly what we were looking for. It wasn’t any more expensive than getting two hotel rooms. The concert was a short Uber ride for $20-$25. Food options were close, we had pizza deliver and were able to walk to breakfast and lunch. The house was exactly what the pictures showed and the home owners were great to work with.
