This luxe home boasts 3,200 square feet of custom living space and boasts a premium location for your vacation. For a skiing excursion, head to Snow Valley just a half-hour drive away. Cross-country ski at the nearby Rim Nordic Ski Area or enjoy timeless family fun at Snowdrift Tubing Park. In warmer seasons, hike the nearby Will Abell Memorial Trail about 1.2 miles away, or take an afternoon dip at the Aztec Falls swimming hole. Board the Arrowhead Queen for a boat tour around the lake. Lake Arrowhead Village offers a myriad of shopping and dining options.
Upon arriving, you'll be greeted by vaulted ceilings, stone accents, and a fireplace in the main living area. Sporting a generous amount of space, it serves as a great gathering spot for everyone to gather and watch their favorite shows on the large Roku TV or play one of the included board games. Meal preparation is a breeze in the vast kitchen featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. Have the group chef prepare a feast everyone will remember and keep them company at the chic granite bar before taking the meal to the dining area. However, before you cook, chill your favorite bottles in the wine fridge to accompany the food. Afterward, enjoy the warm ambience of a fireplace on the wraparound deck overlooking the forest. Play foosball in the loft or sip a beverage on the adjoining balcony.
