Perfectly located N. PB/La Jolla updated beach home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Our 3,000 square foot home was an architect's private residence and was built with a reverse floor plan to provide stunning Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay and downtown views from every room in the upstairs living space, consisting of a fully equipped, large open chef's kitchen, dining room, living room and dedicated office space. Off the living room is a spacious tiled deck with unobstructed ocean views! We love to spend our evenings on the deck with friends or having coffee in the morning enjoying San Diego's sunshine and ocean breezes.
Below the deck is our spacious backyard full of fruit trees, basketball hoop, tree swing, and our new hot tub in a hot tub cabana, which comes complete with an outdoor TV, chandelier and hooks for robes, towels.
Our home is located at the foot of Kate Sessions Park, a park with some of the best views in all of San Diego, and is walking distance to beaches, restaurants and PB's famous nightlife.

All 4 sizable bedrooms are located downstairs which stay comfortable during San Diego's cool evenings.
Sleep in in the master bedroom and bunk room with blackout shades and air filters which provide perfect white noise. We have 4 smart TVs -- living room, master bedroom, large guest room and hot tub cabana -- to enable you to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu and others. Our whole home water filter makes disposable plastic bottles unnecessary.
Work in our dedicated office with lightning-fast fiber wireless internet.
We are very close friends with our neighbors, so please be respectful of them and their families while staying at our home. OUR HOME IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. If you intend to be excessively loud with voices or music, our home is not the right fit. We are in the quiet, upscale section of PB bordering La Jolla and maintain a laid back, comfortable lifestyle, respectful of our neighbors who have young children.
When we are home, we have a small terrier as a pet. If you are ALLERGIC TO DOGS, this home may not be right for you. Also, the home will be deeply cleaned before you arrive, but remember that this is our home, not a hotel or an investment property. Please treat it as you would a friend's home and leave it in the same or similar condition as when you arrived.
