This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

This is a large bedroom with a luxurious queen bed and walk through closet. It shares a full bathroom with stand up shower.
Patio
Unobstructed beautiful mountain views facing south. You will truly fall in love with the valley from this patio. The propane grill will work great all year!
Laundry
There is a washer and dryer located in the closet of the common bathroom available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echo's, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15 minute drive. The world famous Radium hot springs is only a 5 minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
You won't need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people.
3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.
7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge.
8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
