This 6000 sq ft family-friendly waterfront home with panoramic views of Sarasota Bay is located off North Tamiami Trail and is a quick drive to Downtown Sarasota and next to IMG Academy.
It has a spacious floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a guest room, office space and a family room.
It is equipped with an extensive gourmet kitchen, a separate wet-bar, a private pool (not heated) and spa, a grill, and two private docks with a boat lift (Boat lift weight limit 9K and Jet Ski weight limit 12K).
It can perfectly accommodate a family or group of up to 15 guests.
As you enter the foyer through the main entrance on the second floor, you will find the main living floor with its unobstructed stunning panoramic view of Sarasota Bay.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a countertop that seats 5, a breakfast nook that seats 4 and a separate dining room that seats 10 and a separate spacious walk-in pantry.
You will find the following kitchen amenities: a gas range, oven, microwave, a warming drawer, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a center island with bar sink.
The office space offers a laptop for your use as well as a printer and scanner, there are kid and family games as well as a work table that seats 4. It also has a private balcony.
The family room has a queen sized pull-out couch and a 70 inch smart TV.
The guest room as a queen bed, a private balcony, a 55 inch smart TV, a dresser, sliding barn door and is connected to the dinning room with double doors. (Please note there is no central A/C in this room but it has a fan)
The living room has generous & comfortable seating, as well as a fireplace (decorative only) and a 70 inch smart TV.
The main patio has two hanging hammock chairs with a serene view.
It also features a half-bathroom, a wine cellar, a wet-bar, a mudroom and a fully equipped laundry room featuring a built-in ironing board, a second fridge, updated laundry machines and plenty of storage space.
The third floor can be accessed by stairs and features four bedrooms.
The first is the kids room which has a triple bunk bed and a king sized bed. It has a 55 inch TV and it’s own en-suite bathroom.
(The bunkbed is purposely placed away from the window out of an abundance of caution and with kids security in mind).
Down the hallway there are two king sized guest rooms with 55 inch Tv’s, connected by a jack and jill bathroom with two sinks and private toilet. One of them has a private balcony with a hammock.
The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a 70 inch smart TV, a fireplace (decorative only), beverage fridge, a private balcony with a hammock and bistro table, a generous master en-suite bathroom with a separate garden tub and glass roman shower, dual sinks, a seated vanity, a bidet and two walk-in closets.
From the ground floor, you have easy access to the pool (not heated) and hot tub which is just a few feet from the water and is surrounded by plenty of space to lounge, for entertaining or to enjoy the sunset. Past the gated pool area, you will find a fire pit with chairs as well as a beautiful boat dock with boat lift.
In the garage you can fit 3 regular sized cars and will find, a grill, a Tesla EV charger (wall connector), 2x beach chairs, multiple life vests, a beach cart, 2x boogie boards and 2 fishing rods for your enjoyment.
There is an electric front gate with clickers for your convenience.
This house is at the perfect location : downtown Sarasota is only a 15 min drive away, and the closest beach is an 18 min drive (Bradenton/Coquina beach).
