This house has two kitchens and two living rooms (one up, one down). The main floor has two bedrooms-the larger has two queen beds with a folding room divider for privacy. The smaller bedroom has a slider with access to the main outdoor deck (dinning seating). It also contains a stackable washer and dryer, and vanity area. There is a large dinning room and eat-in bar area, with a four seasons room off the kitchen. This floor also has a dart board.
The second floor has a kitchen with dinning table, living room with TV, larger bathroom with tub shower, double-sink vanity, and separate vanity. This floor has 3 bedrooms. The outside of the home needs siding. We are waiting on a back order. This home also boasts natural hardwood floors, some old charm preserved, along with modern updates. There isn't a dishwasher. Guests are welcome to leave dishes to be cleaned at end of stay.
Due to a severe allergy, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Service animals will need to be pre approved with ADA qualifications. We respectfully ask service animals to stay in a pet approved property if possible.
