Each bedroom includes a queen size bed, dedicated workspace desk, full length mirror and Roku TV. Complimentary streaming services available (Netflix, Disney Plus, Peacock, STARZ, HBO Max). There is a futon located in the Master bedroom and the sectional couch in the living room also transforms into a futon thus the house can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Your group can relax together in the large, open-concept living area w/ recessed lighting throughout, featuring a 50 inch Roku TV, LVP hardwood floors and large windows. Chefs will love the spacious kitchen with stainless steel amenities along with the wide quartz island and large dinner table.
Need some fresh air? Guests can also enjoy the quiet private backyard scenery and fenced back deck or either of our two front porches. The Westside Atlanta Beltline Trail and popular spots like Lee + White and Monday Night Garage Brewery is also just a quick 5 min drive from the house.
Please note: For your security and mine, the exterior of the house is equipped with 24-hour, wireless enabled security cameras that I have access to via app. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house (there is a hardwired camera in the living room that will be visibly disconnected during reservations).
Guest Access:
Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the white cleaning closet in the kitchen reserved for our cleaning team. You will have the entire home to yourself!
The Neighborhood:
West End/Oakland City is a vibrant rapidly redeveloping neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown. Our home is on a peaceful quiet one way street with friendly, diverse neighbors. The neighborhood has several older run down homes in the process of being renovated including one of the homes directly next to ours. Please keep this in mind if you would prefer to stay somewhere with better outside visuals.

Driveway is slightly sloped downwards and can fit two cars. Please park all street cars directly in front of the house on the side of the street.
The ADT Security System can be enabled or disabled at anytime by using your access code on the iPad located on the living room wall.
The fridge in the kitchen provides filtered water as well as ice if needed.
Mail Box is UNAVAILABLE, meaning that any mail sent to the mailbox can NOT be retrieved. However, front door package delivery is allowed.
Smoking is PROHIBITED inside as well as in front of the home and ONLY PERMISSIBLE outside on the backyard patio.
