The walkout basement is a wonderful, fully furnished Guest suite with private entry, 1 bedroom, a sleeper sofa, futon, den, big screen TV, hot tub, private covered parking, a BBQ grill, Direct TV, Football Package, WiFi and all free utilities. It is a great space for a weekend, a week or a month. In the kitchen there is a sink, a full-sized fridge, microwave, gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, granite countertops, dishes and utensils.
Our 2 Labs pretty much run the house and have full run of the fenced 1.5 acre yard. Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they get along with ours. No potentially aggressive dogs please. No cats please. We are very clean but not allergen-free.
