Positive: An absolute 5-star experience! I truly loved this hotel and was completely impressed by everything it offered.Beyond the great facilities, what made my stay unforgettable was one particular staff member. Tetiana was exceptional. She was incredibly respectful, always smiling, and showed pure professionalism in her work. It is rare to see someone who takes such great pride in what they do.I also want to highly commend the breakfast staff. They were fantastic, extremely attentive, and provided excellent service every morning.Thanks to this high level of teamwork and professionalism, my time here was highly comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I am in Munich!
