This home is located 30 Mins from downtown Nashville and just a few minutes from the grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants in White House TN.
Featuring 3000sqft of living space, situated on a 2.5 acre lot with a wonderful pool to relax your work stresses away, we can't wait to welcome you to our home.
Within the house, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a very large bonus room that doubles as a flex space and additional sleeping quarters. The master suite is located on the main level along with the living room, dining room, breakfast area and kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms and bonus room are located upstairs. Additionally the attached garage has been converted into a games room, perfect for the kids to play in and get out of under foot!
Step out of the back door and you will be greeted by a wonderful swimming pool, ample sun loungers, a grill to cook upon and Tennessee wildlife to gaze at!

White House is a wonderful community on the North side of town and we have lovely neighbors all around us. This home offers peaceful tranquility and an opportunity to be away from the hustle and bustle of inner city Nashville and yet within a stones throw of hitting up the sight-seeing, touristy things we all love about Music City.
Please be aware that we do have immediate neighbors and actually share a driveway with our next door neighbor. Party's are not permitted and we do ask that you are conscientious of the noise level at the home so that we can maintain our peaceful surroundings.

Just a few minutes drive from exit 108 (White House Exit) off of Interstate 65, located North of Nashville.
The Pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
