Positive: Good location, room was a good size and the 2 single beds for the kids are great

Negative: Staff aren’t the friendliest, pool has to be booked in advance and you only get an hour. Also it was freezing.

Summary: Decent enough for a London hotel, not the best facilities but comfortable
