This newly renovated 6 bedroom beach front property is situated within a private gated neighborhood, where you can expect quiet and uncrowded beaches even during holiday weekends. With a private walkway to the beach, heated swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, putting green and plenty of outdoor dining options, you won't need to leave the property. However just a short drive up the island takes you to the local restaurants and shops.
The Property!
SONOS Sound system through out house, porches and pool! Handicap accessible with elevator to all floors.
The main level is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room overlooking the heated swimming pool and ocean. Recently renovated in 2020 gives you all new appliances and furniture. The main porch is located directly off the living room, which also leads down to the swimming pool, fire pit and private beach access (child gates are located on the porch, swimming pool and beach entrances). Two guest bedrooms are located on this floor, each with full ensuites, smart TVs and king beds.
The upper level is where the master bedroom and other guest rooms are located. The master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, and seating area over looking the pool. On this level are two more king guest bedrooms and one children's room with bunk buds. All bedrooms have ensuites and smart TVs.
The porches on the upper level both have spectacular views. The back porch over looks the ocean, with plenty of seating and a twin sized bed swing. The front porch is perfect to watch the sun set over looking the marsh.
