Note recently added enhanced Bath Safety features in all 3 Bathrooms so welcome to one of the nicest resorts on the Atlantic ocean, Litchfield by the Sea. This resort has beautiful landscaped grounds and many amenities for you to enjoy. These include the use of 4 pools & 4 Jacuzzi hot tubs, Pickleball & tennis courts, fresh water fishing lakes, as well as a floating dock for crabbing on the marsh and 10 miles of beautiful ocean strand, terrific walking & bike riding paths that will allow you to reach all parts of the resort like the Tiki Bar, Starbucks, the restaurant and the playground. Close by are some of our favorite restaurants, Lee's Inlet Kitchen, Bistro 217, Frank's, or The Hot Fish Club. You are surrounded by great golf courses so plan on playing a round at The Tradition or Caledonia Golf and Fish Club. For Shopping you can visit, the Hammock Shops, or the Island Shops, or if you want to venture a little farther Market Commons is between us and Myrtle Beach on Hwy 17. There are many sightseeing spots around us, from Brookgreen Gardens to the Marshwalk in Murrells Inlet, or The Harbor walk in Georgetown. Entertainment also abounds all around us.
Our Condo on the top floor of our building has tremendous views of the beach and ocean. It overlooks the pool, spa, and the ramp walkway (no stairs) to the beach. We have one assigned parking spot under the building which is very close to the two elevators and several luggage carts serving our building.
When you get a quote it will include just one administrative fee. This fee will cover property management guest services, administrative services and administrative costs. It also includes coverage for any Reported, Accidental damage up to $1,000. So if an accident occurs and you report it you will have no out of pocket expense up to $1000. So you do not need to buy property damage insurance unless you think this might not cover it.
Checking in and out is easy with the elevators and carts and our close proximity to them. There is also a nice storage lock up in the garage area that you can use for the beach chairs and any other stuff you will be taking to the beach so you do not need to carry it up and down each day. There is unassigned parking in the front of the building for the rest of your party. Upon entering our condo you will find three bedrooms, two with King Beds, one with a Queen Bed and a twin bed, all with flat screened TV's and attached baths. All of the Baths has been upgraded I'm sure you will be pleased with them. As you enter the main living area you will see a nicely fixtured wet bar and a beautiful well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen also has a raised breakfast bar with bar stools next to the dining room. Adjacent to the dining room is a large living room with a new Smart 65" flat screen HDTV with JBL Bluetooth Speaker, and very good seating accommodations for the whole family. The condo also has enhanced high speed wireless internet. Large new sliding doors lead from the main living area to the balcony. The balcony features great views of the beach and ocean. We are directly over the pool and spa area. There is comfortable seating and a dining table on the balcony so it is great for tanning, relaxing or meals.
