During the summer months, outdoor adventures are endless from a horseback ride with the Indian Grocer Riding Stables (8 min), a fishing trip with Underrated Trout Fishery, a day out on the lake wakeboarding, skiing, or lounging with Osoyoos Marine Rentals (5 min) or try out a unique round of golf at either Osoyoos Golf Club (6 min) or Sonora Dunes Golf Course (9 min). As you walk into the open-concept living space, the wall of windows & 14-foot ceilings allow the sun to shine throughout and brighten the whole suite. Off to your left, a fully equipped kitchen provides ample granite counter space & KitchenAid stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, & drip coffee pot. If you bring home some bottles of wine from your day of tastings at the nearby wineries, keep them chilled at the optimal temperature in the built-in wine cooler. The kitchen also features all necessary cookware, utensils, dishes, & glassware needed to cook & serve any meal you may desire.
The large center island features bar-top seating for up to 3 and is a perfect spot for a quick bite to eat. If you prefer to gather around with the whole group for a meal or a game of cards, the formal dining area boasts a classic farmhouse-style table with comfortable leather seats for 6. The view from your dinner table at home just might beat any view you have at a restaurant nearby!
In the living room, there is even more space for the whole group to gather on one of the 2 comfortable sofas. Watch a movie together or catch up on your favorite shows on the 70” LED Sharp Aquos TV. The main bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom complete with a large vanity, a soaking tub, & a stand-up shower.
The two other bedrooms are complete with a queen bed, a closet & a dresser to make yourself right at home! All bedrooms throughout the penthouse feature hotel-quality linens, luxury mattresses, & comfortable pillows to ensure a restful night’s sleep!

OUTSIDE:
While the penthouse offers plenty of space it continues out onto your private 1,600 sq ft covered deck! Enjoy a meal that you grilled on the propane BBQ, al fresco at the outdoor dining table. The commercial-grade wicker resin patio furniture set offers lots of comfortable seating with 2 chairs, a love seat & a coffee table, the ideal location to hang out over great conversation & beverage. And if you want to lay back, relax & maybe take a nap while you listen to the lapping of the lake water with the breeze across your face make sure to utilize the 2 lounging chairs! The spacious patio has outdoor lighting so that you can enjoy the space at any time of the day.
ON PROPERTY AMENITIES:
The amenities available to you do not end within the penthouse suite. On the property you will have access to the gym, the pool, a hot tub, private beach, & a boat dock available for day use. (No overnight moorage is permitted). The pool is open from the middle of May to October 1st & we provide you with pool towels for your stay! Additional lounging chairs are available to use around the pool & at the beach for a relaxing day in the sun on a first come first serve basis. If additional beach gear is desired, you will need to bring that with you on your trip.
Transit:
The recommended way to arrive to the lake house is with your own vehicle. Once you arrive the property is walkable with many restaurants, shops & attractions accessible within a short drive. During your stay, you will have 2 reserved parking spots available.
