Summer is a great time to visit Eagles Ridge as the cool mountain breezes add to your relaxed afternoon on the porch after a day of white water rafting, hiking or horseback riding.
The mountains of Eagles Ridge really put on a display of gold, orange and red in the fall as they ready themselves for winter. Also, in the fall visit many of the mountain festivals in the area where you can experience mountain music, local crafts, art and homemade goods only found here in the mountains. Visit the apple house for that special southern dessert, a “fried pie” and while you are there pick up a bag of apples along with a few jars or jams and jellies.
