Nestled in Historic Old Northwood. Walk to fabulous restaurants and shops in the Village. Close to the waterfront, area beaches, golf courses, Palm Beach Island, downtown West palm Beach, nightlife, watersports, museums and soo much more. You can zip around all day seeing all the sites and playing, then come home to a swim in the pool and chill out in the garden. This home is completely renovated, all the modern conveniences within a Historic home. Large an open floor plan, light and airy with bleached hardwood floor throughout. Enjoy the well equipped, large chef's kitchen, with high end appliances, a dining room that seats 8, with French doors that open to our gorgeous a pool area. There is a full time guest in the cottage who work 12hr days. Has a separate entrance on the back alley.
Pool is private and property is nicely landscaped with tropical palms, lush vegetation, completely fenced in. You will love it here so much you may never want to leave, say all of our guests!
