This is a brand new four bedroom apartment at the upmarket Mackenzie Plaza, perfect for two families or larger groups. We can accomodate up to 10 guests of which 8 guests can be adults and the remaining children or teens.
What sets this apart is the views onto Mackenzie mountain from this penthouse level, the two ensuite bedrooms, two private decks and TWO underground parking spaces. As parking is a huge consideration, we have purchased an additional parking bay for this unit.
Every small detail has been designed with your comfort in mind. A very well stocked kitchen , with high end equipment, including a vitamix blender. Bar seating at the kitchen counter as well as an 8 seater dining table.
The sectional couch is very large and comfy to get snuggled after a long day out. A 75 inch TV with surround system provides movie watching glory.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is a great spot for a family or group of travelers. The first master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, private deck and 55 inch TV. The second master room also has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanities, large closet and 55 inch TV. Two other rooms are equipped with extra height, extra sturdy bunk beds, perfect for teens/ children but also rated for adult sleep. Each room also has a large closet and plenty of extra storage space. A third bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms.
This particular penthouse apartment also has two large decks , one off the lounge and one off the master bedroom. Its the only unit in the building to have two larger decks! The deck off the lounge has a large 8 person hot tub, a BBQ and outdoor bar height table. The deck off the master bedroom has two sun loungers to enjoy some privacy.
You will have access to the entire unit during your stay.
Two underground parking spaces are assigned to this unit, so no need to fight over guest parking. There are also dedicated ski and bicycle lockers. Should you need a third parking, guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
